All day dining with over 200 seats capacity, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to their clients using a lot of gallon and water bottles. Storage and transportation were a main issue.
WLH2 provides premium drinking water (Still & Sparkling) on demand in several dining rooms. This allows guests to benefit from pure water for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The employees’ canteen uses WL3, as well as other water dispensing points across the property, to reduce the usage of gallons and optimize the costs.
A WL7 dispenser with 5 water options (ambient, cold, sparkling, hot and extra hot) has also been installed in “Le Macaron”, the pastry shop and delicatessen located on the ground floor.
